Curtain Call for Senior Night 2024!
We were thrilled to attend Gowanda Central School’s Senior Night to honor our senior award recipients!
Senior Night is an annual school-hosted event that recognizes the hard work, dedication, & accomplishments of Gowanda students ahead of their graduation next Friday. Applause fills the air as award presentations recognize exceptional young adults. This year, we continued to support GCS students in achieving their dreams through two senior awards!
Both awards, unlike most others offered, support students who are not pursuing a college education. First, “The Lawrence M Ogle Award” honors a student’s positive influence on their peers, selflessness to better others over themselves, and commitment to serving our country in the US Armed Forces. Then, “The Road Less Traveled Award” assists a student in stepping into their life’s next chapter outside of a classroom.
Award recipients this year are Tyler Bouqin (not pictured), future US Marine, and Angelina Shaw. Congratulations! We cannot wait to see what the future holds for these great individuals!
