End Gowanda Hunger: 2nd Quarter 2024 Recap!
We donated over 90 food items & 750 reusable bags to The Gowanda Food Pantry!
End Gowanda Hunger is our initiative to assist the community through continued local food insecurity. Over the past three months, monthly food donations have addressed specific shortages. April’s food distribution needed Jelly, while Campbell’s Chunky Soup supported pantry efforts in May. Bush’s Baked Beans then made their series debut this month!
This last quarter also included two separate reusable grocery bag donations! The bags are used during distributions to compile food assortments that ensure our friends, family, & community always have food on the table. The bag series has successfully transitioned the pantry to green bagging alternatives!
